It’s great having Eleanor Wood join the team. Eleanor is an experienced project architect previously working in the commercial sector. She will be heading up our housing team focusing on supported living, housing for the ageing population and new models for autism and dementia communities.
Following a couple of months reviewing the internals with GP’s, #Bwdccg and #NHS #England. We’re starting to revisit the elevations on this ETTF funded scheme.

The underfloor heating is a welcomed addition, and the controllable LED lighting transforms the space. The topic is ‘Design in Context – for Continuity in Change’ covering issues such as …. Learning from History, conserving uniqueness, managing change, developing sustainable design. The meeting starts at 7:30 at Ribble Valley Council Chambers, Church Street, Clitheroe, BB7 2DD. Entry is £3 including refreshments and all are welcome.
IWA have achieved planning approval for a contemporary addition to Stanworth House.
This Grade II listed villa is a prominent dwelling in the heart of Clitheroe that in recent years has suffered from neglect. Thankfully our clients have been brave enough to fight for the addition to make it a viable family home and hence secure the villas longterm future.
